Certified Web Developers
Anet Dunne
When Anet was in her 20's, she was a media buyer at ad agencies in New York
City with clients like General Foods, Procter & Gamble and Bristol-Myers.
She returned to college and finished her master's degree in marketing before
moving to San
Francisco
where she sold TV advertising time for KPIX, the CBS affiliate, for seven
years. After selling millions of dollars of advertising, she turned her
efforts to writing TV, moved to L.A. and worked for Gene Roddenberry during
the first
season of Star Trek: The Next Generation. As a member of the Writers Guild,
she helped launch the Writers Guild Bulletin Board (BBS) system and organized
10 seminars to teach the new online technology to Hollywood writers.
Anet returned to sales, becoming the Internet Subject Matter Expert for Sprint
when ISPs were just getting started. With her knowledge of national networks,
Anet moved to telecom software sales and joined a softswitch startup in Santa
Rosa in
1999.
That
company
evaporated,
along with most of its telecom competitors, in 2001. Anet returned to school
and earned her Web Development Certification, meeting many skilled designers
and programmers, and eventually started the Web development and marketing
firm,
A

Revenue.
